We know that you work really hard! We’re honoured that you give to what God is doing here at Knollwood. I want you to know that we’re going to work hard to leverage your gift wisely in our mission to be disciples who are making disciples of Jesus Christ. Thank you. Over these last few months, there have been many things happening. It was through your worship that God used your financial gifts to reach out to our community, give us a new accessibility washroom, and a new cafe. We praise God for whom he has used your generosity.

As we continue to move forward, there are two areas we would like to address. With the growing needs of our congregation, we want to hire a Pastor of Care to help with the ongoing physical needs of our church as many are getting older and many are sick. The other area we would like to look at is to continue the great upgrades we have experienced with our new washroom and cafe and bring them from the lobby and into our auditorium.

Over the next three week, we will be asking you to give above and beyond what you usually give as your act of worship to help us move forward in these two areas. God has blessed us in many ways. We have a great legacy at Knollwood of proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ and reaching out into our community. We continue to do that with what you give as your act of worship. Will you walk with us as we move forward in these two areas?

We aim to be a church who are disciples making disciples of Jesus Christ. As we look to hire a Pastor of Care, this will help care for the ongoing needs of our church members as well as move us in the direction of being disciples who are growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour. We aim to be disciples who gather to worship together, and as a church that gathers together, we would like to continue to update the building that God has so graciously given us that allows us to meet together. Our goal over the next few weeks is to raise $15,000.

Here at our church, a big part of our vision is to take the gospel to the people, to be a community centred on the Gospel of Jesus Christ - to make the message of Jesus super accessible to our community. By giving to this special offering, you are helping us as we support the ongoing upgrades to our building and the hiring of a Pastor of Care. Thank you for helping us be disciples who are making disciples of Jesus Christ.

I want to remind you that there are four ways you can give at our church: in the offering plate during our Sunday Worship service, or with the postage-paid envelopes we provide, or on our safe and secure website at or even by text message: 84321.
