The Great Give Away...June 15 Do you have stuff cluttering up your home that you no longer want? Then why not donate it to our annual Household Giveaway that will take place on June 15th from 8:30 am —11:30 am. Items such as gently used bikes, appliances, dishes, clothing, toys for all ages, books or CDs, wall decorations, furniture, electronics etc., can be used for those who are on a tight budget within our community. We need volunteers to supply muffins, fruit cups, fruit juice and yogurt for the  continental breakfast that will be served to the community who will be coming to the Give Away. We are also asking that if anyone has a pickup truck to help deliver large items for those who do not have a vehicle. Whatever items that are not taken after the Give Away,  everything will be taken to a donation center by pickup truck. If you can help in any way talk to Wayne Amos.

Only One More Breakfast Left The morning monthly breakfast for men & women will take place on June 8th, 9am at Katie’s Kitchen on Oxford St. This group meets every month for a delicious breakfast and fellowship. All are welcome to join us but this will be the last gathering until September.

MMMmmmm! Potluck! Next Sunday, June 9th is our “Kick Off to Summer” potluck directly after the service. Last names starting with the letter A—N, are to bring a main course dish and O—Z dessert. Please bring enough to feed 10-12 people. Yes, that’s lots of food, but you know how we Baptist love our potlucks! Your Martha’s Ministry kitchen crew would appreciate it if you would cut your squares and mix up your food ahead of time if possible. Looking forward to seeing everyone there. Bring your appetite!

Soccer Starting Soon Starting on Tuesday, June 18th will be our first outdoor soccer (weather permitting) down at Huron Heights Park. If you would like to help out, please contact Matt Freele. All volunteers must have a valid police check in order to help out. Police check forms applications are available in the church office.
