Knollwood Income Tax Clinic Community Volunteer lncome Tax Clinic will be held on Saturday mornings in March and April from 9 am to 12 noon. The clinics are free to those with a modest income and a simple tax situation. The clinic will be a drop in clinic and tax returns will be done while you wait. Special Members Meeting April 14th In May of 20l8, Matthew Freele joined Knollwood Baptist Church as Worship and Family ministry director under a one year contract. His one year contract is coming quickly to an end. On the recommendation of our Lead Pastor, Pastor Nathan Klahsen and with the full support of the Deacons Board we would like to propose that we bring Matthew Freele on full time as our Associate Pastor. 

The Deacons board is calling a special Members meeting to be held on Sunday, April l4th, 2019 following the morning service to discuss and vote on the following motion brought forth from the Deacons board. “The Deacons Board hereby motions that Matthew Freele be brought on as a full time, regular employee of Knollwood Baptist Church in the position of Associate Pastor, effective May I, 2019.”

Volunteers Needed for Lawn Cutting Anyone who is willing to help out this summer to cut lawn at the church are invited to sign up at the Welcome Desk or talk contact Kenneth Lapp. Volunteers will be assigned to a team and will cut grass based upon a rotating schedule.

Easter Special Offering This is the time of year when we specifically reflect upon the resurrection of our Saviour. We are encouraging everyone to give to our special Easter offerApriln April 21st that will go towards the continuing upgrades to our facility and to a Pastor ofCare. Consider giving above and beyond your regular giving and mark your envelope “Special offering".

Books are missing...Do You Know Where They Are? Recently hardcover books of “Marks of a Healthy Church“ were placed in the lobby and have disappeared. If you have one of these books. please let us know so we can keep track of the books. See Deb Lindsay if you have one.

London Clean & Green Spring is here and the winter garbage is everywhere! Now it’s time to make our neighbourhood “Clean & Green". Join with others for our annual clean up of Huron Heights Park on Cheapside between Boullee Street and McNay Streets on April 27th. We will meet in the church parking at 10 am and then head down to the park. Dress for the weather and bring work gloves.
