Youth

Grades 6 to 12

Our aim in youth ministry is to see each youth grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18) and to build strong relationships with others in the church that will disciple and encourage them in their faith. We pray that they will live in the truth of the Gospel, glorify God and share the good news of Jesus with others!

We do this by...

1. Being in God's Word
2. Small groups and prayer together
3. Events and Activities

We seek to disciple as we teach God's Word, pray, worship, and tell others about our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. We encourage the youth to come out to the Tuesday Youth Night, Sunday Gathering and events and retreats throughout the year!

If you’re anywhere from grade six to twelve, you can come! Don’t forget to bring a friend! You’re new? No worries! We will help you connect with a leader and a few students from your grade when you come! 

Youth meets every Tuesday night. We get into God’s Word, pray in small groups and play games together. Doors open at 6:50pm and the night runs to 8:30pm on the lower level in room 109. 

Our Youth Ministry has four main components: Activities, Teaching, Small Groups and Hang Out. On most Tuesday nights, we will start with a very quick icebreaker, move into a time of teaching from the Bible, and then in small groups together to talk about the teaching, answer questions and pray together. We end off the night with snack, conversation and hangout.
